Pathetic service

This morning I phoned 083 173 MTN to block a phone! I was told to by Naledi to phone back after 30 min to get a number! I phoned back after about 45 min spoke to Kombisile and I was asked all the same questions again just to be told to phone back after 30 min! Really?? Being very patient I phoned again after an hour and spoke to Ellen just to go through exactly the same steps as with the previous 2 people and just to be told again to phone after 30 min. Raising my concern to Ellen she assured me that she will phone me back after 30 min! I waited and phoned MTN again after an hour and spoke to Mthombi guess what?? Just to go through exactly the same steps and then to be told to please phone again tomorrow! Why is it that no one at this number can assist me in blocking my phone! Is this why are getting away with because it's such a mission to block a phone! Very Very BAD SERVICE from MTN
