Completely useless! i have seen dogs that are more educated as non of these people can help me, made me buy a new sim card and do sim swop just so that they can MORE OF MY MONEY!!! posted on here 3 times, posted on fb 2 times, they person who keep responding on hello peter is just as uneducated!!! they are! people please go to VODACOM AS THEY GOT EDUCATED STAFF AND HELPS RIGHT AWAY, THEY DONT AH AND EISH THE WHOLE TIME YOU TRY TO SPEAK TO THEM, they sort the problem out. they just my money each month as my sim card is useless and they wont cancel my contract as they want to take more money from my hard earned pocket.
