I contacted the customer service dept in connection with blocking my lost phone. The agent i spoke to whom i don't recall the name because it is not easy to pronounce asked me what number was in the phone that was lost, i gave her the number. She then blocked the phone that i was calling with to block the lost phone, i asked her which phone did she block. she gave me the ieme number of that phone, i responded by saying the phone she just blocked is the one that I'm calling with, she told me they will send an email and the phone will be fine within 72 working hours and that was suppose to be by Thursday. The phone still does not work and i am fed up with calling their customer service for assistance. If they cannot fix my phone i request they give me another phone by end of business day tomorrow or i will take further legal action against them. they need to train their staff to ask all the necessary questions before blocking anything and they should ask all the security question. And i would also love to have the recording of that phone call by tomorrow morning. And please respond using my email. [Email Removed]
