I upgraded my contract on Wednesday the11th of Sep 13 I took a Samsung S4 Zoom, on Friday the 13th of Sep the phone stopped working. I took the phone back on the purchase slip it says that there is a seven day out of the box replacement now this was 2 days. when I got there they refused to replace my phone and said they have to send it in as it is Samsung rules they said that it will take 7 days on the 21 Sep I phoned them to find out what is happening I spoke to the manager there he said he will phone me back he never did I phoned again and spoke to cherise who also said she will phone me back and guess what she didn't. On the 22 Sept I phoned again the manager told me that there is a lock pattern on the phone they cant unlock the phone so my question is why didn't they phone me so I can give it to them I gave it to the manager he said that he will follow up. On the 23 Sep I phoned again and spoke to Max he said he will check and phone me back I left 4 mess for him he never phoned back when I phoned him again he said that there is no phones available in the county to replace my phone if it needs to be replaced so I will just have to wait. I am sorry but that is not how it is done
