I am very unhappy about your service. Natasha was helping me with my service plan telling me that it is not activated after Hyundai phoned to say that I am not covered for 60 000. Natasha said she will take it up with the people upstairs and they will phone now right after they have sorted it out with Hyundai. I phoned back after an hour and spoke to Thandeka who told me that Natasha gave it to her and she will phone me back now. I waited 15min for her to phone me back and then I phoned again and made it clear that I can't wait for them the whole morning. I took my car in early today and this is my only day off, I will not wait 2 days for my car. Thandeka said she will phone me before half past 12. I'm still waiting.
