I am utterly disgusted with Telkom and KPMG and how they handle issues pertaining to I was contacted by Telkom beginning of Sept 2013 in regards to "the account for a landline telephone" which is under my name. I called Telkom back to make sure that the previous phone call was legit. I spoke to a lady by the name of Lebogang who provided me with all details pertaining the account. The land line is installed in Springs, which I have no clue where it is nor do I know of anyone residing there. I was also informed that I should go to the SAPS and obtain an affidavit then visit the Telkom branch. I must say, visiting the branch was pointless as I was informed that I need to call Telkom yet again! I called in on the 09/09/2013 at 08:44 about having this issue investigated where a Supervisor by the name of Sibongile Accounts Dep advised me to call the Investigations Department which happens to be KPMG. I called them and the man I spoke to advised that I send an affidavit through via email which I did on the 10/09/2013 . Since then I have not heard anything from Telkom or KPMG in regards to the investigation or any acknowledgement that they received all the docs from my side.
