Telkom ADSL lines not repaired

I reported my Telkom line as not operational on 22nd January 2014. I was told that my line will be repaired within 24-48 hours. I received the reference number 214crk2220114. after 48 hours I phoned again. I was then told it will only be fixed in 5 days. On 27th Jan I phoned again. I was given an escalation number - 577765. and was told Telkom would phone me within 24 hours. This did not happen. On the 28th I was told there is nothing like an escalation no. I was promised the manager of the technical department will be alerted and someone will phone me within 24 hours. Nobody phoned. On 29 Jan I spoke to a Cyrus. He said the repair was never escalated, but it is now scheduled for the 4th of Feb. On the 4th of February I spoke to Mogomotsi Phake. He agreed the repair was scheduled and said he would get his manager, Ellen Tiger, to phone me back within 15 minutes as something is clearly wrong. Nobody phoned. On 6 February the person I spoke to had no record of my complaint. I insisted to speak to her manager, I then spoke to a Yoran Ramen. He promised to identify the problem and phone me back. Today the 7th. Still no call, Still no working phone 15 days later. TELKOM what now?
