Paying for 10Gb ADSL bundle that I never requested

14 Jun 2013 - requested cancellation of 4 Gb bundle on 0114779099
01 July - Telkom installs line and adsl at new address. I didn't ask for any bundles because I am with afrihost
*no bills received* pay R400 into new account at end of Aug.
12 Sept - sms stating 0114779099 in arrears by R718.99 (no bill received) - queried this and have it cancelled immedialtely. Change address from old address to new address so I can receive accounts.
17 Sep - sms received for outstanding amount of R718.99 on new number 0114829975
Called telkom to query. Informed that I have a 10Gb bundle. Inform Telkom I didn't request this. They log a query
25 Sep: sms stating 0114829975 is now in arrears with R294.97. called to query. I am informed the 10Gb package have been used and therefore I have to pay for it. I tell Telkom that I never requested it in the first place. Telkom responds their system indicates I requested it on 1 July. I am with afrihost and would not have done this. Telkom loaded this onto my account without my knowledge. They didn't change my address as requested previously. Still do not know what amount is now outstanding, and was informed I have to pay for 10Gb bundle.
