In August I did not renew my cellphone accounts with MTN. It wasn't a service issue, I received a work cell. I paid up my account in full before the debit order date. However on account number A4015483 MSISDN 27832774683 the debit order still came off for R199. I sent an email to MTN on MTN Active and haven't received a reply. Please repay my money asap.
