Hi

I have 2 contracts with Vodacom. which I did not pay. I settled the account and I wanted my lines re-activated. I was only provided with one form initial. which I thought would re-activate both line. when I called vodacom the said i need to fill in a form for the other number. re-activation take 7 days. 7 days later they tell me they did not receive the other form. now they want me to wait another 7 days for a re-activation when its their stores that are not faxing these forms. Why must the customer suffer.
