Free munites expire without been notified

I believe this is false/misleading advertisement. I log a query with your call centre about my free minutes that just expired without been notified when they will expire. My case no: 6730877. I've been calling since last week but no joy from you. What I need is my free minutes back because I was not informed when they will expire and it seems like your technical department they just close the case without speaking to me first.By the time my free minutes disappear I was left with about 215 minutes and 49 seconds and on Sunday I spoke to the agent and she sad to me I've been allocated free 140 seconds and by that time she sad I've already used 35 seconds left with 105 seconds. Still this doesn't explain what happened to my free minutes not seconds. Please I need my free minutes back.
