What's happeining?

I completed an application for an online deal which clearly states next day delivery if order confirmed before noon. Other than an email confirming that my application was approved. I have not received any other feedback. I called the sales center and apparently I have to wait for someone to call me first to confirm which is not indicated and this person has not called me as yet.. It is 24 hours later.

How about some kind of feedback? I used your online application which includes private information and this has now caused me distress about providing that kind of information online especially considering the that are out there.

Can someone please confirm something and tell me when my phone will be delivered!!! Do not create an expectation or at least keep client posted!
