I have been with cell c for many years, they have come up with giving back to its clients by giving their users free minutes equal to the amount of airtime that is loaded, I thank them for that, however we pay for the airtime, why should cell c tell us when the free minutes & sms's should expire! We the consumers have paid for it & I feel that we should not be dictated to as when the free minutes & sms's should be used! Cell c gives us 3 days in which to use up the free minutes & sms's, in most cases i do-not finish it & its forfeited... not fair! Someone please assist!
