Free Minutes.. Not!

Cell C has this offer that every time you load airtime you receive free minutes, sms's and data. My concern is that every time i load cell c airtime, my phone is uploaded with the free minutes but the next day the free minutes have disappeared, my free balance goes back to 0, this has happened twice already. I tried calling the call centre regarding this but I have to hold on for ages. Why is this happening?
