I have over 200 free minutes that accumulated on my contract over the 2 year contract period. Vodacom refuses to let me use the minutes and continues billing me for out of bundle usage. They are absically the free minutes from me as they expire over time. Was at Vodaworld but the consultant could not help as he could not even pick up the minutes on his system even though they showed on the Vodacom website.
