CANCELATION OF ACCOUNT

I have cancelled and not used my adsl account with MWEB in over 7 months. They keep charging a montlhy fee. I just get thown around back and forth in the call centre.

I don't want to send a fax and get charged for another month! Please could you cancel my account immediatly?
