SMSes being sent incorrectly

Hi
Received an sms on 07.10.13 @ 17h23 to say my account is R69 overdue. Called into 084140 @ 08H05 on 08.10.13. Got throught to Annie from the Cell C Call Centre JHB and she checked and advised that there is nothing outstanding on the account and the sms came to me in error. They (Cell C) is sending a lot of smses and going to wrong people.
I need confirmation that my account will not be suspended as per the sms. I do not have a reference number as Annie advised there is none.
Please confirm soonest.
