MWEB Information Request not up 2 scratch

Email i sent to MWEB yesterday just for info below, no response yet...

Hi There
I want to change my ADSL data account to the "OpenWeb Gamers King 4Mbps account" So I want to cancel my MWEB Uncapped Premium Account. Mostly because I'm a Gamer and recently the amount of spikes I get is really frustrating, and with "openweb" I'll have the surety that Gaming Protocols is prioritised.
My question is that how much will it cost me per month to keep my email address (m) So all these accounts will be cancelled, [m, m, m, m, ]
Please advise asap, so I can make the right decision.
