HELP! HELP! HELP!

I am beyond furious!!! I have been a loyal customer of MWEB for 11 years! Both my company's my first home and my second home have ADSL with MWEB and email addresses!
I asked first for an account split, since I am separated, and a change of ownership to take place - still nothing!!! Might I add the first request was sent in in APRIL 2013.
I have not been able to send or receive email from my main account for more than 3 weeks now and it is getting ridiculous! When I call in for help they say, the account is in my ex's name (who has already sent and signed all the documents!!!) or they will phone back! When?? MWEB does not even take in consideration that it is MY account from which they have been deducting each month! MY company which pays the ADLS and all MY details on the account, other than my ex's name! Strangely, when he phoned with a new ADSL request, he received it with in24hours!
Is MWEB sexist??!! I certainly hope not!!
