Upgrade gone wrong

I phoned the call centre to upgrade my account from a capped account to an uncapped account. Zanele was very helpful. She said my account had been upgraded and that I needed to turn my modem off for 5 minutes and then turn it back on. I was given a reference number (43633915) I thanked her hung up and followed this procedure. Thereafter my Internet had stopped working.

I then phoned the call centre, got through to a gentleman in the DSL faults. He told me that my account had been removed and that I needed to phone a different extension, which he gave the number and the numbers to push for the different options. I did this, only to get through to the same area but no one answered the phone.
