I laid a complaint last week regarding my suspended account for no reason. Cell C had requested Miss Masesi Tshabalala to assist me with my claim. i had been having a problem since 2012 and no one could find the fault until today. Mesesi went all out and beyond her duty to find the fault and sort the matter our as quick as possible. Cell C needs more staff like her. She has excellent communication skills and has really help me. She was a pleasure to deal with and i recommend anyone with a Cell C problem to ask for her assistance.
