Cell C not following up as promised, again!!!

I submitted a report to [URL Removed] on Friday 13th Dec 2013 about Cell C charging for data incorrectly and received a reply the same day from Cell stating

"Hello davebarrow,

Thank you for posting to us.

We have referred this matter to one of our team members for assistance. Do expect communication soon.

We apologise for the inconvenience caused.

So far, eight days later, I have had no contact from Cell C as promised. Why am I not surprised, they have failed to contact me on previous occasions, NOT GOOD ENOUGH!!!

Cell C, please contact me on the cell number provided as soon as possible...
