Handed over to the attorneys

Someone from cell c called me to assist and close this and she said they have cancelled the sim. Here we are again with the same issue and nothing was resolved clearly. I was contacted by the attorneys yesterday to say cell c has handed me over. I'm a proud Vodacom client and don't want anything to do with cell c then/ now and in future!! I called cell c to find out why are they debiting my account if I have nothing with them. The call center agent agreed and couldn't find my profile on system. I will have to take this to court as I will not pay for something I don't have with them. I' am extremely off. This is totally diabolical/ irresponsible and quite macabre. I will never recommend cell c to anyone as its hopeless and shameful. They are so quick to list but fail short of investigating mitigating circumstances. pathetic indeed
