Since the very beginning when signing up with Cell C i have experienced the worst kind of so called "customer service". From account billing issues to in-concomitant staff who dont know what they are doing let alone know what they are talking about. Once AGAIN i have been sitting with an billing issue for the last 2 months - which the fault does not on my side. This only now has been clarified - but in the interim of trying to get this matter sorted out Cell C has suspended my services. I have made the necessary arrangements to get my account up to date - and still no one is willing to even blink to assist me with my re-connection. I cannot believe that a corporate company such as Cell C themselves claim to be - are not willing to assist their clients in these circumstances - even when the fault does not on the client side!
I have now requested that my contract be cancelled with Cell C and i will be taking my business elsewhere as i can not continue with a service provider that does not put their clients needs and assistance in this regard first!
