Morning! I posted a complaint about Cell C last week, and I had a quick response that Sisa int he escaltions team will call me the same day - of course... no one called! - Cell C handed me over to attorneys for an amunt they stated is outstanding sice 2009?... I can get no information, 2009 statements or even a reply from Cell C - My cell number is 0847110808 - Cell C states that the problem was on 2 of my previous lines 0848375405 & 0847357036 - 4 years ago! These lines not even on my name anymore - I want to transfer my lines to MTN and requested for settlement amounts on my lines, 2 weeks ago from Cell C - nothing yet! All I can do is hope I suppose...
