Suspended account for no reason

I have had an account with Cell C for the last two years. In December I upgraded my account with Cell C. I paid my usual subscription on the 20th of December. I then logged in to check whether there were any other outstanding amounts- there was no other information on the system. Yesterday my phone would not work- so I checked my account and there was an invoice payable by the 31 January. That amount I then paid via EFT yesterday afternoon. I then phoned Cell C this morning to see why I could not use my phone and they first said I owed R35 on my account so my account was closed/suspended. The representative then told me he could not find where the R35 was owed on my account. I have not recieved any notification or communication that I owed money to Cell C or that my account was going to be suspended. The person said even though he could not find where I supposedly owed the R35 he could not re-activate my account and Cell C would only respond to my query in the next 48 hours. I am extremely upset as I am unable to use my phone at all and according to Cell C, will not be for the next 48 hours even though there is no reason that my account was suspended!!
