ON 20 FEBRUARY 2013 I CONTACTED HELLO PETER BECAUSE I WAS NOT GETTING ANY HELP VIA THE CUSTOMER SERVICE OF CELL C. THEIR POLICY OF THE 48 HOUR WAITING PERIOD EXCEEDED ITS TIME LIMIT.

IMMEDIATELY AFTER LAYING MY COMPLAINT, CELL C'S REPRESENTATIVE BY THE NAME OF MASESI TSHABALALA CONTACTED ME AND APOLOGISED FOR THEIR INADIQUIACY AND UNDERTOOK TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM. AGAIN I WAS GIVEN THE 48 HOUR WAITING PERIOD.

UPON LEARNING THAT MY HANDSET HAD BEEN UNBLACKLISTED I WAITED ANOTHER 48 HOURS ONLY TO LEARN THAT CELL C HAD OPEN THE CELL C/VODACOM NETWORK ONLY. PRIOR TO MY HANDSET BEING BLACKLISTED, I WAS USING A MTN SIM AND NOW I AM NOT ABLE TO USE MY MTM SIM.

THIS DELAY HAS REALLY CRIPPLED MY BUSINESS AS I USE MY PHONE FOR BUSINESS PURPOSES.

I HAVE BEEN SENDING MASESI SEVERAL EMAILS ABOUT THIS ISSUE ABOUT CELL C PUTING A BLOCK ON MY HAND SET AND NOT ALLOWING ME TO USE THE MTN NETWOK AND TO DATE I HAVE NOT RECEIVED A FEEDBACK FROM HER IN RESPECT OF THIS QUERY OR A COUTESY CALL FROM HER INQURING IF THE INITIAL PROBLEM HAS BEEN SORTED OUT.

I AM AT MY WITS END WITH CELL C.
