Vodacom
Lack of singal on contracts and no response

I have a huge lack of signal usage in my area. I have logged numerous calls but no they don't react in a way to improve service. I have numerous phone and data contracts at Vodacom but cant use them as my cell phone has no 3G coverage and even the calls fail.
