Good day, I have been incorrectly billed for about R300 odd and accused of subscribing to content which point 1 I did not subscribe to and point 2, I did not download and have received no content OR confirmation of any downloads. I have reported it to MTN who is my service provider and they gave me Smart Calls number. MTN called and cancelled the 'subscription' but received no confirmation. Only after I called Lorinda at Smart Call, did I then receive a cancellation sms.

My complaint is MTN allowed without my consent to bill me for content that I never subscribed to. Even if I had subscribed (which I know I definitely did not!) I did not receive any content or confirmation of subscription. I don't download this trash!

MTN called Smartcall on the 29/9/2013, I then called on the 30/9/2013 and the third call on the 7/10/2013 and indicated to Lorinda that this was my final call and that I would report them to Hello Peter. I have been promised that this would be looked in to but nothing has come to light.

I expect a full refund with an apology.
