Mnt sold me an incorrect package

I ordered a samsung tablet with 500mb every month that will cost me R 220, i was given a Samsung Note costing R299 a month. i later found out that i was given a wrong package. i complained to the manager at first she was so rude and said i knew what i took because it was written black and white. am not sure whether there was a mistake or they have done it deliberately to increase sales in our area i don't know. carmel later responded and made a deposit of the difference from R 220 to R 299, now when i check my account i found out am suppose to pay again R 299 every month for 24 months i send her an sms of-which she responded to it saying''the monthly instalments will stay the same but the difference of the package over the period of 24 months is what we credited you for". now when i ask her if i will pay 299 for 24months exactly what is it that they have done. i have come to hello peter because its been a week and she has not responded to me again, she has even block my emails to her. please assists me on this i feel if was a white person making this claims she would have responded long time ago and differently.
