Shocking Bad Service!!!

I logged a migration query to Cell C on the 25th of April 2013. Apparently the person responsible for my migration called me only once and closed the query because I was unavailable that one time which I have no knowledge of. No communication was given to me with regards to the query. I have been calling the call centre from time to time wanting to know whats going on with the query. The Call centre does not seem to know what to do as each agent sends an "escalation". I dont know where that escalation is going and who is responsible for the process as I receive no communication at all. I always call the next day and Im told the same story.
I sent 3 to 4 emails to the [Email Removed] Again I have received absolutely NO reply. I am told the person responsible for my query is Charlotte Moletsane and they refuse to give me her direct number and her email adrress. This leaves me as a Cell C customer frustrated as I do not know where to go and what to do to get my query sorted
