I have been trying to resolve the following issue by email since May: In the last week (now end August) I have had a number of emails stating I will not receive the products. No reasons. Just you will NOT.
My first mail read:
The package that was sold to me was a topup 200. There was R200 airtime, 150mb of data. 30 mins mtn to mnt free talk time and 50 sms's per month. I thought a very good deal. I upgraded 3 phones on my account in Randburg at the beginning of the month (3rd). The initial sales person was Faith and the lady who did the documentation was Lindiwe. The phones were credited with airtime on the 20 of the month (as they have been for the past 2 years since I moved to mtn) and this is when I realised something was wrong.

If the package explained to me is not what mtn sold to me, then we need to negotiate a cancellation/change of the contract. Please investigate the above and respond.
