Incorrectly charged - wrong package activated

On 19/10/2012 I signed a contract for a 500MB modem at R69.00 a month for 24 months with MTN. Ref. 93114972. On 20/10/2012 they invoiced me with the wrong amount. Numerous e-mail letters followed to try to rectify the problem, all to no avail.
A visit to the MTN shop revealed that an incompetent consultant activated the wrong package. She since left their employ. Two months later on 19/12/2012 at last request REQ:1539810 showed that a resolved notification was made and credit note 761217 was granted for the huge difference in subs.
Since then another 3 billing months have passed and I still have not received a credit on my account or the money paid back, in spite of numerous visits in person to the MTN agency. Every time promises were made that the correction would be made by the next invoice date, which to date never happened.
