No response, No delivery, Bad service!

I ordered 3x black cashmere satin pillow cases in November of 2012. A month later a package of 2x white cashmere pillowcases was delivered. I complained about it, and the supplier, Carryn's Linen, told me that she had 2 orders with the surname Moodley, and had obviously gotten them confused (REALLY?!). We agreed that I would return the white ones, and she would send my correct order. When I queried this 3 weeks later, I was given a tracking number, which was incorrect. Again I queried this and received no response. I have mailed both Carryn and CitySlickers several times, and still have no resolution. I emailed again about 2 weeks ago, Cityslickers responded and CC'd the wrong supplier on the mail. I have not received any delivery, any response, or any resolution. I am truly fed up and really just want to get this issue out of my hair. The order was supposed to be a gift. Almost 4 months later, this is ridiculous!!!
