On 12 March I sent and e-mail to CellC quering how to reject a call on a Samsung Galaxy Pocket. Mashudu Mufamadi, from the: "Written Correspondence Department" responded by telling me to phone Samsung. On 17 March I responded that I am the client and that they should do this. To date they have not responded.
