Hi I posted the below a week ago & NO RESPONSE!
Good day, last year June my fiancee opened this package with canal walk then a few months later he decided to skip the monthly payments and just pay the total amount since doing that his account keeps getting deactivated and he gets a statement saying that it's in arrears. Every time it gets deactivated he then has to get hold of someone else to resend all his proof of documents and then it gets reactivated just to be deactivated once again. It's quite frustrating to explain yourself multiple times and no one seems to understand you. Yesterday while at the cape gate branch they claim that they can't even see that he paid in full. Even though he has proof, his made countless phone calls, sent dozens of emails and spoken to so many managers but for some reason the problems keeps happening??!! its come to the point that when I was on the verge of getting myself this package he said NO due to the lack of service and help. as it stands his last email sent to canal walk branch was not even responded to. its all great and dandy to have such an affordable package but no respect to the client that is paying.
