IPhone not able to make calls

I must just let you know. I have never received such terrible service from a service provider. I have been contacted a WEEK after first lodging a complaint with you people. I made 30... yes 30!!! calls to the branch in Canal walk, one after the other, where I left my phone on Monday and not once was a call answered.. During the time I have sat at the branch in Canal walk, I have heard the phone ring and seen the call cancelled or silenced.. I see people walking around who could assist but they don't.
I have probably driven from Claremont to Canal Walk 6 times, because I make calls and they are not answered, to find out what is happening.. I have lost count of the number of times in total that i tried to contact the branch.. Over 60..
Each time they try something else or retry the previous operation. The last visit, it seems as if every time, they make the same calls and everyone seems to know less than the previous time. Surely someone could pick up a phone and update the client.

I am disgusted!!! Don't expect me to advertise a good experience with you people because you have proven to me what South Africa is used to and what they can expect in the future...
