I am totally disappointed and livered with the service I am getting from Vodacom. I have been a client for over 12 years and I have decided to change over to MTN as soon as I can. I failed to pay my account on time last month, but after paying all arrears, I found out that they actually deactivated my 3 numbers. On the 11th of June 2013, I faxed off all the necessary forms to have my numbers reactivated. A few days later I followed up only to be told that I sent through some unclear documents. I then emailed the legible documents directly to Buang Sekgaile on the 22nd of June 2013. Again received no feedback. I was then referred to Baetumetse Mafike on the 25th of June, followed up with her and she promised me that she would speed up the process. After a few follow ups, I have still not received any feedback from Vodacom and my activation is still not done as at, today, the 8th of July. I have decided to take ALL my business to MTN as they have been very accommodating and I have always received good service from them. I still don't have my number reactivated and I don't know where to turn to. I will never do business with Vodacom again.
