The saga continues... and ends

I want to take this opportunity to thank Autopage for their lack of customer service. Their inability to resolve complaints, make decisions & communicate. I hold dear the written confirmation they gave to honour their contractual obligation to repair my hand set (under warranty), yet they returned my phone to me (today) unrepaired, for the 3rd time.
I want to thank them for the numerous calls I made, the e-mails sent to all & sundry (from my side), the hours spent at the Centurion satellite office trying to get the issue resolved. Thank you for the thousands of Rands I paid from my bank account into yours, servicing a contract for a handset that I did not have for almost half my contract term.
I want to thank Autopage for twisting the facts & now, somehow, trying to pass the responsibility for the handset "breaking" and not being repaired on to me.
Finally I want to thank Autopage for making my decision to end our 12 year relationship so easy. It would have been a bit of a conundrum if you had delivered the customer service you promise - Fortunately this was not the case.
My number will stay the same, but porting out soon - checking out other SP's whilst you are reading this.
