Slow internet speeds

At first my 8ta speed was extremely fast, but that only lasted for approximation two months, there after my connection went from 3G to Edge and sometimes I even struggle to connect... it doesn't look like Telkom care about their customers, because when you call their 8ta call center, the consultants all give you different answers... 8ta might be cheapest around... but you also get cheap service.
