Broadband removed from area

Hi,

I have been using the 8ta broadband network since they switched my account across from Telkom W-Cdma.

Great coverage for a long time. Recently, however, the coverage has been poor. Imagine my surprise when I inspected their coverage map and discovered that they have completely removed the broadband coverage from my area.

Someone from 8ta please HELP
