I had a dispute over my billing that included data from Telkom as i had only have another service provider for this.i l expressly stated that i had another service provider for my data. On 22/7/23 i received an sms stating that my dispute of R500 had been raised as a result at 23:51 pm. To date i have not got any feedback from a single soul. I am the least bit impressed by this
