Worst mobile network ever!!!

After my initial complaint about bad reception in their 3G area, two technicians have been to my house to test the network. It's been a week since the last one was at my house and I still haven't heard from them. When calling their call centre, you wait forever to get to talk to a call centre agent and when someone answers the phone gets cut off or they transfer you to another department and cut you off.
I am sick and tired of struggling with them. They are officially the worst network in the world. I can't see why I should pay for a service each month that I don't get to use.
