I have a dispute going on with telkom re: my account as i got behind with it and got an sms saying i can phone Eva Sitole to dispute or make arrangements, i then picked up on the bill i was being charged for a 2mb adsl line instead of a 1mb adsl line after trying to phone Eva and leaving messages i got another sms saying the same things but this time a email address was included so i emailed her and got a response saying my dispute was logged i have been emailing and emailing with no response from Eva except once when a out of office email was returned stating i am on leave from this day to that day and still no reply, clearly she is receiving my emails but is obviously ignoring me, after checking my account online a couple weeks back hoping to see something there i saw reconnection charges but i made no payment nor asked for reconnection and a while after that your account has been suspended please pay to get reconnected, PLEASE help me resolve my dispute so that i can make arrangements on my account!!!
