5 months of incorrect billing and counting

I became a Telkom telephone client last year in September, and an internet client in October. Since then, I have never received a correct billing. I initially took a basic internet contract consisting of a 384 kb speed line and 5GB of data. Around the time that I took the 24 month contract, the lines were upgraded and my 384 became 1Mb.
Telkom has however been billing me as if I purchased a 1Mb line which was then upgraded to a 2Mb line, but with only 5GB of data... which is not available from Telkom. I lodged a disput last year, but nothing came of it and during the billing dispute, my line was disconnected. I should be paying R370 but am being billed R602.
So i have paid the account in full, hoping that common sense and logic will prevail... but that doesnt seem to be onthe cards.
Anyone else had a similar "customer experience"
