Data Billing out of bundle without warning

To whom it may concern,

I have logged a dispute call with Vodacom on the 27-10-2013 and have since then received no feedback although there is a 48 hour turn around time. My dispute is due to the fact that on the morning of the 27-10-2013 I checked my balance for the data contract and the balance that it showed was 3.8Gb until the 30-11-2013, 3.93Gb until 31-10-2013 and 4.93Gb until the 31-10-2013.
I then decided to use this balance knowing I was going to forfeit it but to my surprise this was already depleted before I received the sms showing a positive balance. Vodacom co-incidentally had a problem the same day with regard to the balances on the accounts.

The bottom line is I used data that Vodacom told me I had when in actual fact I didn't, I have now requested a once of itemised billing report at my cost to prove this. I hope this doesn't take another full week until I have to call to check the progress of the dispute.

I will not be billed for something that I was told I have available, furthermore, why did I not receive any messages telling me you have less data available as I do with my other contract?
