On the 10/12/12 I closed my Telkom account, including landline and data (ref:69026380A) - they said I would still have to pay for another month (extortion: never contractually agreed to), now I am still getting an account for data. when I phone to query, I am told I have to phone here and phone there to sort it out which involves hanging on for ages. Why must I make all these calls for Telkom's ineptitude? I want everything cancelled, as it was meant to be on 10/12/12, I want a refund for any overpayment and a reimbursement for 45 minutes of cellphone calls on my part to sort out Telkom's ineptitude. I also want emailed/posted confirmation that this has been sorted out.
Ref: 76412477A for data cancel, and ref: 26869257 for billing dispute.
