I purchased a Credit Report from Credit Health and my Credit Rating showed as 0. Credit Health told me that there is a dispute on my short term insurance account at Xds. I phoned Xds and they told me that the dispute was either lodged by me or by my insurance provider and they are unable to assist me, I should contact my insurance provider. The insurance provider told me that they do not lodge disputes, they simply send account info to Xds. They confirmed that my account is up to date and all payments were made on time since joining them. I phoned Xds again and they told me to submit a dispute form. I got the confirmation documents from my insurance provider stating that I have paid my account and sent that to Xds along with the dispute form. I sent it to Krisala Naidoo and the Dispute email address on 14 August 2013. I was told the investigation would take 21 days. It is now 2.5 months later and I have had no response form Xds. I phoned Xds today. They could not give me an update on the investigation and told me a Supervisor would phone me today. This is absolutely pathetic service!!!
