Failure to cancel account

I have cancelled my phone line on the Telkom website, I have called the call centre, I have sent NUMEROUS cancellation emails to the email account as I was instructed to do after I called the call centre. BUT STILL I AM BEING BILLED EVERY MONTH AND I HAVE NOW BEEN THREATENED WITH LEGAL ACTION.

I do not know what more to do??? I received the latest account today. We have moved middle June and since then I have not been using any Telkom services.
