Cancelled account but still being billed

On the 22nd of July, I went to Telkom Rustenburg at Waterfall Mall to cancel my account I called the call centre and i spoke to a lady who told me that i will be billed for the next month, therafter my account will be cancelled. It is November I have been charged an amount of R 900 that has been debited from my account.

I would like Telkom to please refund my money back to me, and CANCEL MY ACCOUNT AS THEY SHOULD HAVE DONE 3 MONTHS AGO WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT< if this does not happen I will take this further.
